How to Use
- Mixed with rose water or yoghurt as a face pack
- Combined with amla and coconut oil as a hair mask
- Stirred into warm milk with a little honey
- Taken with ghee as a traditional morning preparation

Directions of Use
- For the face, mix 1 teaspoon with rose water or yoghurt into a paste, apply for 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water.
- For hair, mix 2 tablespoons with water or oil, apply to the scalp for 30 minutes and wash out.
- Patch-test on a small area of skin before first topical use.
- To take internally, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon (about 1–2 g) once a day with warm milk or honey.
- Consult a qualified practitioner if pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or for children.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, lid tightly closed.
