Shatavari roots and the three triphala fruits are selected separately from trusted growers, then cleaned, dried and milled under controlled conditions before packing.

How to Use
- Shatavari stirred into warm milk, the most traditional preparation
- Triphala stirred into warm water at night, the classical preparation
- Either taken with honey or ghee to soften the taste
- Shatavari blended into smoothies and breakfast bowls
- Triphala used as a traditional gargle or mouth rinse
Directions of Use
- Shatavari: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (3–5 g) once or twice daily, traditionally with warm milk.
- Triphala: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (3–5 g) in warm water, traditionally at night before bed.
- Start with smaller quantities of both and increase gradually.
- Store both in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
- Triphala is NOT recommended during pregnancy.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a digestive condition, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using either.
