Guarana Powder
Guarana is the seed of an Amazonian climbing plant, dried and milled. Its distinguishing feature is simple and worth stating first: guarana seed contains roughly two to four times the caffeine of a coffee bean by weight, making it one of the most caffeine-dense plants there is. Indigenous Amazonian communities have used it for centuries as a stimulant, and it remains the base of Brazil's guaraná soft drinks. Treat it as you would strong coffee, not as a gentle herbal powder.
