Beetroot Powder

Beetroot Powder

Whole beetroot, dried and milled to a fine powder of an extraordinary magenta-crimson. Drying concentrates the root considerably, so a single spoonful carries the colour and earthy sweetness of a good handful of fresh beet. It is the easiest way to get beetroot into things that fresh beet would ruin — a smoothie, a dough, a glass of water — without boiling, peeling or staining a chopping board.

I recently bought the beetroot powder and I’m really happy with the quality. The powder looks fresh, has a natural colour and taste, and mixes well without feeling overly processed. The packaging was also neat and secure. Overall, a very good product and definitely worth trying. Would happily purchase again!
