World of Nature
Sunflower Seed
Sunflower seeds are nutritional powerhouses. Because these are "100% Natural" and raw (as shown in your photo), they retain the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals. Here are the primary health benefits: 1. Heart Health Sunflower seeds are rich in healthy fats, specifically polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats. They also contain phytosterols, which help lower "bad" LDL cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease. 2. Powerful Antioxidant Support They are one of the best natural sources of Vitamin E. • Protection: Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant that protects your cells from oxidative stress and damage. • Skin Health: It promotes glowing skin and may help reduce inflammation. 3. Immune System Boost The seeds contain Selenium and Zinc, both of which play vital roles in maintaining a strong immune system. Selenium, in particular, helps the body fight off infections and reduces chronic inflammation. 4. Energy & Mood Regulation • Magnesium: Helps with over 300 enzyme reactions in the body, including energy production and muscle function. It also helps calm the nervous system. • B-Vitamins: High in Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) and B6, which help convert food into usable energy and support brain health. 5. Supports Digestion Being a plant-based seed, they are high in dietary fiber. This aids in regular digestion and helps you feel "full" for longer, which can assist in weight management.
