Amla + Insulin Plant Leaf Powder Combo

Amla fruit is cleaned, dried at controlled temperature and finely milled; insulin plant leaves are selected from South Indian growers, shade-dried and milled. Both under controlled conditions.

• Both stirred into warm water as a daily drink
• Amla taken with honey to soften the sourness
• Insulin plant leaf steeped as a leaf infusion
• Amla mixed into a hair mask with bhringraj, shikakai or reetha
• Amla infused into oil for a traditional hair oil
• Either blended into green juices and smoothies

• Amla: 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (3–5 g) in water once daily, traditionally in the morning.
• Insulin plant leaf: 1/2 teaspoon (about 3 g) in warm water once daily, or steeped 5 minutes and strained.
• Start with smaller quantities of both and increase gradually.
• Pair amla with iron-rich foods — vitamin C supports iron absorption.
• Store both in airtight containers in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
