Soursop + Guarana Powder Combo

Soursop is selected ripe from tropical growers, pulped, dried and milled; guarana seeds are selected from Amazonian growing regions, roasted, dried and milled. Both under controlled conditions.

• Soursop: 1 teaspoon (about 5 g) in a smoothie, juice, yoghurt or water.
• GUARANA — IMPORTANT: high in caffeine, roughly 2–4 times that of coffee beans by weight.
• Start with 1/4 teaspoon (about 1 g) and do not exceed 1/2 teaspoon daily.
• Take in the morning; taken late it will affect sleep.
• Do not combine with coffee or energy drinks without accounting for total caffeine.
• Do NOT give to children or adolescents.
• Avoid if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an anxiety disorder, or are caffeine-sensitive.
• Both: not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Avoid prolonged daily use of soursop in large quantities; if you have Parkinson's disease or a movement disorder, take blood-pressure or diabetes medication, or are due for surgery, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use.
