Garcinia Cambogia + Senna Leaves Powder Combo

Garcinia rind is dried and milled from fruit grown in the Western Ghats; senna leaves are shade-dried and milled. Both processed separately under controlled conditions.

• GARCINIA — culinary use: 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon as a souring agent, added during cooking. It is markedly sharper than tamarind. Not sold as a weight-management product; no such use is claimed.
• SENNA — IMPORTANT: contains sennosides, a stimulant laxative. Read before use.
• Steep no more than 1/4 teaspoon (about 1 g) in hot water for 5 minutes, occasionally — not daily.
• Do not use for more than one week at a time without medical supervision.
• Drink plenty of water while using it.
• Do NOT use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or give to children.
• Do NOT use with an intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel condition, abdominal pain of unknown cause, appendicitis, or if dehydrated.
• Prolonged or excessive use can cause dependence, fluid loss and electrolyte disturbance.
• Consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if taking diuretics, steroids or heart medication.
• Store both in airtight containers in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
