Bhringraj + Jamun Seed Powder Combo
Two jars: Bhringraj Powder (100gm) and Jamun Seed Powder (125gm) Two classical Ayurvedic powders with quite different uses. Bhringraj is overwhelmingly an external herb — Ayurveda calls it kesharaja, "king of hair", and it is worked into scalp pastes and hair oils. Jamun seed is taken internally, stirred into water in the morning.

Origin
Bhringraj leaves are shade-dried and milled; jamun seeds are separated from ripe fruit, washed, dried and milled. Both processed separately under controlled conditions.

| Taste Profile | Bhringraj: grassy, green and mildly bitter — used externally rather than for taste. Jamun seed: dry, astringent and distinctly bitter with a woody earthiness. |

How to Use
- Bhringraj as a hair mask with warm water, curd or oil
- Bhringraj infused into coconut or sesame oil for scalp massage
- Jamun seed stirred into warm water, traditionally on an empty stomach
- Jamun seed mixed into buttermilk or chaas
- Bhringraj combined with amla in a traditional hair pack
Directions of Use
- Bhringraj (external): mix 2–3 tablespoons into a paste, apply to scalp and lengths, leave 30–45 minutes, rinse. Use once or twice a week.
- Jamun seed (internal): 1/2 teaspoon (about 3 g) in warm water once daily, traditionally in the morning.
- Do a patch test before first external use of bhringraj if you have sensitive skin.
- Bhringraj's deep green pigment stains fabric and light surfaces.
- Store both in airtight containers in a cool, dry place.
- Bhringraj is for external use here; take it internally only under the guidance of a qualified practitioner, and not during pregnancy.
- If you take any medication — particularly anything affecting blood sugar — or are pregnant, breastfeeding or due for surgery, consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before using jamun seed.
Benefits
- Pairs an external hair herb with an internal daily powder
- Bhringraj is known in Ayurveda as kesharaja, the "king of hair"
- Jamun seed is a classical single-herb Ayurvedic powder
- Both contain tannins and polyphenols characteristic of their plants
- Finely milled — bhringraj forms a smooth paste, jamun mixes cleanly into water
- Single-ingredient powders with nothing added
