How to Use
- Stirred into warm water as a daily herbal drink
- Steeped as a leaf infusion

Directions of Use
- Take 1/2 teaspoon (about 3 g) in warm water once daily, or as directed by a qualified practitioner.
- Alternatively steep in hot water for 5 minutes and strain.
- Start with a smaller quantity and increase gradually.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
