Senna Leaves Powder
Senna leaf, dried and milled. Senna is one of the most widely recognised herbs in traditional practice, and it is unusual among the powders in this range in that it is genuinely potent: the leaves contain sennosides, compounds with a well-documented stimulant laxative action. That potency is why senna is treated differently from a daily tonic. It is taken occasionally and briefly, not habitually, and the directions below should be read before use.
