The colour is a deep amber-orange rather than the bright orange of sulphured fruit, which is what unsulphured apricots look like when nothing is added to preserve the colour. The flavour is concentrated apricot: honeyed and tangy at once, with the caramel depth that only comes from slow drying.

How to Use

Directions of Use
