Dried Chamomile Flowers

Our chamomile flowers are selected from trusted growers and dried whole at low temperature under controlled conditions, so the heads stay intact and the volatile aroma compounds are preserved. Sorted by hand before packing.

• A caffeine-free infusion before bed
• Blended with lavender, lemon balm, honey or mint
• Served chilled over ice as a delicate summer drink
• Infused into milk for a soothing bedtime drink
• Used in syrups, poached fruit and desserts
• Cooled and used as a gentle rinse for skin and hair

• Use 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) of flowers per 200 ml of water at 90–95°C.
• Cover while steeping — the aroma compounds are volatile and escape with the steam.
• Steep 4 to 5 minutes; longer draws out a faint bitterness.
• Strain and sweeten with honey if you like.
• Store in an airtight container away from light, moisture and strong odours.
• Avoid if you have a known allergy to plants in the daisy family (ragweed, marigold, chrysanthemum).
