Our tomatoes are selected at full ripeness from trusted growers, then washed, sorted and processed under controlled conditions. The pulp is strained and gently concentrated to preserve its natural colour, aroma and balance of sweetness and acidity.

How to Use
- The base for North Indian gravies, curries and makhani dishes
- Pasta sauces, pizza bases and Italian braises
- Stirred into soups, stews and shorba for body and colour

Directions of Use
- Use 2–3 tablespoons in place of 2 medium fresh tomatoes.
- Add early and cook for 2–3 minutes so the raw edge cooks off and the colour deepens.
- A pinch of sugar softens the acidity in tomato-forward gravies.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Refrigerate after opening and use within 3–4 days.
