How to Use
- A caffeine-free infusion for morning or evening
- Blended with fresh ginger for a warming spiced cup
- Combined with green tea or mint for added depth
- Served chilled over ice with a slice of lemon

- Infused into syrups for mocktails and homemade coolers
Directions of Use
- Add 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) to 200 ml of hot water at 90–95°C.
- Cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes — lemongrass takes slightly longer than leaf teas.
- Strain and serve, with honey or a slice of lemon if you like.
- For iced tea, steep double-strength, cool, then pour over ice.
- Store in an airtight container away from sunlight, moisture and strong odours.
